- Brain storming

- Clear game idea

- Amazing art and audio

What went wrong? ❌

- Not having an itch page ready before game jam

- Not knowing how to use git well

- Not playtesting

- Not having premade managers. Like AudioManager, UI Manager, etc

- A lot of Merge conflicts

- Unity's compiler is slow

- Building to WebGL took around 20-30min

- Waiting for other team members

- Switching roles

What did I learned? 🗻

- How to use git well

- Managing game jams alongside school can be quite challenging and exhausting

- How multi-scene workflow helps with collaboration

- How to make unity compile scripts faster with assembly definition

- How to make Play Mode faster

- Everyone should stick to their role
